This very small village pizzeria is run with great effort by the absolutely lovable Mimoun. The restaurant has a long tradition in Birstein and all locals immediately know where to find it. In addition to traditional simple cuisine, there is the famous Mimoun pizza. This meaty and generously topped pizza is one of the best pizzas for me. If you live in the area, it's not too busy and you ask nicely on the phone, the boss will bring the pizza to your door.

Absolutely underground, pizza burned, spaghetti far from quality and al dente, espresso lukewarm, mixed salad tiny with only a part of the ingredients described - for triple onions. Never again.

Good, average restaurant. The pizza tastes really good and especially the "Schnitzel Calzone" is highly recommended. However, one waits quite often for a very long time for his food, as the chef orders themselves. Perhaps one should rethink this concept and not offer a delivery service, if this requires guests in the restaurant much longer to wait for their order.

The pizza is really delicious, the staff very friendly. Since I have very high expectations for pizza ... one star less for room upstairs. ;)
